TerraSip has come up with a new service through which customers get Freecall functionality at the click of a mouse and they are not required to use a conventional toll free number. This Free Call Button is a great way of implementing this technology and it offers a way of accessing VoIP account at no cost. The customer has to enter his telephone number in a filed on a webpage and then click the button. This results in a return call from the provider to the customer. In the case of normal freecall number there is no charge to the customer and the provider has to give the usual cheap VoIP rate charged by TerraSip
One would find the personalized source code and various designs for a Free Call Button for the website in the member login area. The Sipkey is preconfigured and one has to copy paste in order to insert the code anywhere in the HTML page. When a website visitor uses the function, the phone with Sipkey would ring. This button also has a call forwarding function therefore it is possible to get a call not only on the Sip account but also on any landline or mobile connection and the extra cost of forwarding is charged at cheap internet telephony rates.
Free Call is perfect for internationally active companies as it crosses national boundaries and can be used wherever internet access is available and at the same cost as normal VoIP usage.
